There are no guarantees - but many possibilities. People come to join us in many ways - but here's our standard:
- Come and participate in an Adventure Skills Training Weekend (typically October-November each year).
- Pursue the technical/hard skills qualifications you need - first aid is a must (preferably Wilderness First Aid), then as many others as possible (e.g. Canoe/Kayak Flatwater Level 1, Abseiling, Single Pitch Climbing, Archery etc).
- As your skills develop we'll invite you to join our staff, on either a voluntary or paid capacity depending on your needs, your skills, and our requirements
- We'll negotiate a training/development schedule with you - giving you the time and training you need to develop a wide range of skills
